How Private Indoor and Outdoor Dog Suites Work
A connected suite gives dogs indoor comfort, outdoor access and more room than traditional crate-style boarding.

The physical setup of a boarding space affects rest, movement and daily handling. Dogwalker Ranch’s suite design combines a climate-controlled indoor area with a long outdoor run.
The Standard Suite Layout
A standard Dogwalker Ranch suite includes a 5-by-5-foot indoor area connected to a 5-by-20-foot outdoor area. The indoor portion offers climate-controlled comfort, while the outdoor run gives the dog additional space and fresh air.
Family Suites for Compatible Household Dogs
Larger family runs may be available with a 5-by-10-foot indoor area and a 10-by-20-foot outdoor area. Dogs sharing a suite must be comfortable together, including around feeding. Staff will determine the safe arrangement.
Why Separate Rest Space Matters
Dogs need downtime between exercise, yard sessions and new experiences. A private suite provides a consistent home base where the dog can eat, rest and settle without being continually exposed to group activity.
What the Ranch Provides
Dogwalker Ranch provides bedding, blankets, bowls and water dishes. Contact the Ranch before arrival to confirm what to bring for your dog’s stay. Bring personal items only after staff confirms they are appropriate.
How Suites Fit the Daily Routine
The suite is one part of the stay. Staff schedules care, outdoor opportunities and appropriate activity around the dog, weather, eligibility and facility routine. Owners should discuss individual needs before booking.
