Availability and any additional out-of-hours charge are confirmed with the front desk.
Both packages cover 30 days from the purchase date and include daycare access during our 7 AM–6 PM daycare hours.
Unlimited (seven-day) package customers can drop off and pick up 7 AM–6 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, except major holiday closures. Regular office/lobby hours are listed separately.

What Your Dog’s Day Includes
Group play or staff play, time in the play yards and rest give your dog a balanced day while you work. Activities and breaks are scheduled around each dog’s needs.

Workday convenience
Daycare runs 7 AM–6 PM at 12150 N US Hwy 441, convenient for North Ocala, Lowell, and Ocala–Gainesville commuters. Regular workdays and changing shifts can both benefit from a dependable Daycare routine.

The package runs for 30 days from the purchase date.
Do Daycare packages include group play?
Group play included at no extra charge. Daily activities include group play or staff play, with staff supervision.
Are pool and lure-course activities included?
Pool and lure-course activities are separately scheduled paid add-ons. The Daycare package does not include customer-requested add-ons.
What are the daycare hours?
Daycare is open 7 AM–6 PM. Normal weekday pickup is 3–6 PM. Unlimited (seven-day) package customers can drop off and pick up 7 AM–6 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, except major holiday closures. Regular office/lobby hours are listed separately. Special pickup and drop-off arrangements are available for daycare package members. Contact us to coordinate your times in advance; availability and any extra charge are confirmed individually.

When two dogs from the same household share the same room, the second dog’s Daycare package is 10% off. Ask our team to apply your same-room second-dog package discount. This applies to the second dog’s selected package, including when the two dogs have different package tiers.
