A required meet & greet for new clients
This gives staff a chance to understand your dog, discuss safe and appropriate activities and plan a good first stay.

Timing and activities are adjusted for weather, safety and the individual dog.
Enrichment and Energy-Burning Options
Extra activities can add another purposeful break in the day and are especially useful for dogs who enjoy more engagement.

For highly energetic guests, staff may recommend additional exercise such as lure coursing. Availability, eligibility and price are confirmed before the activity is added.
Drop-Off, Pickup and Grooming Timing
Normal Drop-Off
3–6 PMMorning drop-off may be arranged, with a daycare charge for that day.
Standard Pickup
By 11 AMAfter 11:00 AM, a daycare charge applies. Normal later pickup is 3:00 PM–6:00 PM.
Full-Groom Pickup
3–6 PMNo daycare charge is added simply because the scheduled full groom requires the later window.
Go-home bath and full groom are different services
Stays longer than three nights require a go-home bath, charged at the applicable bath rate. A professional full groom is a separate service and must be scheduled with the grooming team.
Pack the Essentials
Bring
Your dog’s regular food in clearly labeled portions, original labeled medication, written instructions and current vaccination documentation.
Leave at Home
Beds, blankets, toys and regular food bowls. A genuinely required special feeder may be brought after confirming with staff.
Medication fee
Medication administration is $2 per dose.
Boarding Questions
Can dogs from the same family board together?
Yes, when staff confirms that they can safely share the room and feeding space.
How does lobby arrival work?
Call 352-622-7829 when you arrive. Dogwalker Ranch allows one client family or dog group in the lobby at a time, and staff will tell you when it is safe to come inside.
Is someone physically watching every room all night?
We don’t claim constant eyes-on supervision of every individual room. Our live-in, on-site staff perform wellness and security checks at varying times throughout the day and night. During those checks, staff look at each dog’s general condition, water, bedding or blanket condition, accommodation cleanliness, and the security of interior and exterior run latches, then address any obvious issue that needs attention.
How do I start as a new client?
Contact the ranch to arrange the required meet & greet, then complete the client and dog information needed for booking.
